| All air conditioning equipment must be tested in the laboratory to test the performance of the equipment before putting into the market.The new EU standard EN 14825-2012 was implemented in January 1,2013,which clearly defines: The energy value and energy efficiency for energy efficiency labeling must be tested by calorimeter method.At the same time,national standard of air conditioning products are being revised,and entered into the approval process,the new standards for air conditioning energy efficiency test requirements are similar to the European standard.At present,only a few European testing institutions in the world have the detection capabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to build a balanced environment room calorimeter laboratory with EU standards.In this paper,a set of balanced environmental chamber calorimeter laboratory is designed,which is in line with the new EU standards.This paper introduces the system design of the balanced ambient room calorimeter test system,and introduces the test rooms in each subsystem.The air in the design of key equipment upgrade processing cabinet,working unit,refrigeration system and constant temperature water system,using ethylene glycol instead of water as refrigerant,the refrigerant with the completion of a series of hardware transformation,to meet new EU standard requirements for the test room;Secondly,this paper introduces the power supply system of the balanced environment room calorimeter laboratory.According to the characteristics of power supply equipment in the laboratory,the power supply capacity and power supply requirements of the test room equipment are given.According to the requirements of the design of the suite power supply,room power supply and the power supply of 3 different power supply.In order to satisfy the standby power detection of the tested machine,the special design of the power supply for the tested machine is made;Then the control system design of the laboratory is introduced.The control scheme of each system in the laboratory is introduced in detail.The PID algorithm is improved,such as hot and cold double end PID algorithm and heating and humidifying,which improves the precision and speed of working condition control,and improves the energy saving level of the system.Combined with the touch screen and the host computer monitoring software,the functions of system operation,parameter setting,equipment status display,alarm display,trend curve and automatic report are realized.In the end,the paper introduces the process and method of field test and installation,and the operation of the laboratory.In order to complete the construction and commissioning,the laboratory has been running reliably for more than a year.The whole system is in good condition and has completed the design goal. |
