Green Technology Strategy Of The 20th Century 80's Residential District In Guangzhou

With the process of reform and opening up in 1980 s,the first commercial housing district was built in Guangzhou.It brought a new living patterns and lifestyles to the people in Guangzhou at that time.As time goes by,the economic level of the people is increasing day by day.Residents 'comfort is required to improve.As era changes,residents were no longer satisfied with such residential areas,which seemed relative backward.But reconstruction on a large scale didn't necessarily produce economic benefits,it would also cause waste of building energy consumption.Today,the energy problem is becoming more and more urgent,and the building energy consumption is increasing.The concept of ecological construction,environmental protection,energy saving and sustainable development is widely accepted.So it's a significant step to re-planning existing residential areas.Green building steps,technical development fits the mode of conservation-oriented socity.Base on current situation,domestic and foreign re-planning cases,related policies,research object(DongHu XinCun),climalte of Guangzhou,the writer's relevant work experience,point of view of real estate practitioners,the writer try to find strategy of ecological re-planning in Guangzhou.The writer also hopes government and the public pay more attention to re-planning of the old residential area,trying to balance the requirement of resources,environment and residents and to improve living quality.This article consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,including the first chapter of the article.It's about research background,current research status,research object and research methods.It also defined the scope of the study.The second part is the discussion section,which includes the second and third chapter.It's about domestic and foreign case analysis,relevant policies and regulations and theories.The conclusion of the residential district renewal is based on field investigation.The third part is the fourth chapter to the sixth chapter.According to the contents of the first four chapters,this article puts forward some suggestions of the residential district renewal in Guangzhou and development direction of green technology.It also puts forward the green technology strategy.The fourth part is the seventh chapter of the article.According to the contents of the first six chapters,new ideas and suggestions are put forward for the future green technology based the residential district renewal.
