Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,China’s expressway construction is in the stage of rapid development,as an important part of the highway, highway tunnel in the country construction has also been highly valued. Traditional tunnel lighting control system has the problems of low degree of intelligence, poor communication stability, uneven distribution of illumination in the tunnel and high maintenance cost, which brings great difficulties to the management and maintenance of the tunnel lighting system. In order to change the energy wastage caused by the wired transmission of the highway tunnel lighting control system, this paper analyzes and studies the existing ZigBee routing algorithm and tunnel lighting control method, and implements the following research contents:A Layer Based ZigBee Improved Routing algorithm (LBZIR) is proposed. The algorithm uses hierarchical ideas to enhance the coverage area of wireless sensor networks and maximizes network lifetime. The idea of the LBZIR algorithm is to adopt a hierarchical structure ,firstly,all the nodes in the network are divided into several logical clusters according to the rules,and the coordinator and the cluster nodes are composed of the first layer network, which used the AODVjr algorithm to transfer data between nodes. Then each logical cluster is a second layer network. The Cluster-Tree algorithm with the lowest number of hops in the neighbor table is used to reduce the average hop count of the network and reduce the load of the lower nodes in these clusters. Finally, the algorithm of OMNET++ network simulation software is used to simulate the improved algorithm. The results show that the ZigBee network can not only reduce the information redundancy caused by the routing request broadcast in the route discovery process to improve network performance, but also reduce network overhead and increase network scalability.The improved ZigBee algorithm(LBZIR) is applied to the highway tunnel lighting control system. The highway tunnel lighting control system consists of three parts: a remote control center, wireless controllers and wireless sensor nodes. Based on the actual demand of highway tunnel lighting, this paper expatiates the design and implementation of remote control center.The monitoring software refers to the management software with the function of human-computer interaction, which is used to send control commands and monitor the lighting of the tunnel to each tunnel. Firstly according to the needs of the project analysis, the overall structure of the system is planned. Secondly, the function module, business process and database design of PC software are described in detail. Based on the theory of software engineering, the design and implementation of the host computer monitoring system are expounded from the actual demand. Finally, some screenshots of the system implementation module and the testing of the system are given, and the intelligent and informatization of the highway tunnel lighting control system is realized.
