High performance of position servo system is an important premise for automation equipment to realize high precision production and processing.Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with the rapid development of power electronics and microelectronics control technology got an outstanding performance for its high dynamic performance, high efficiency and the advantages of lightweight. It has become a development trend of motor servo drive system based on permanent magnet synchronous motor position servo system.AC position servo system is usually "three closed loop" of traditional PID regulator control structure, but the traditional PID regulator control is difficult to achieve good control effect for the PMSM nonlinear control object. The fuzzy control has not dependent on the mathematical model of objects and with strong robustness,and to a large extent can overcome the change of model parameters in control system and the influence of uncertain factors such as nonlinear. Fuzzy PID controller has not only the precision of the traditional PID controller has strong anti-interference capability. In view of the advantages of fuzzy PI controller,in this paper, the fuzzy PI controller is introduced into the position loop of ac position servo system. Simulation results show that position loop fuzzy PI controller can achieve precise position control and improve the rapidity of positioning.Designing with STM32F103 microcontroller as the control core of the ac position servo system hardware circuit. The circuits including the position signal receiving circuit, inverter bridge circuit, current sampling circuit, etc. Then set up the hardware platform of ac position servo system. on the basis of the hardware platform designing software of the system, mainly includes: the motor completes starting early electric, current loop, speed loop and position loop sampling and control as well as the realization of SVPWM strategies and so on. Finally, to test designed software program on the hardware platform, the experimental results show that position loop adopts the fuzzy PI controller can realize accurate position control and compared with the traditional PI control in terms of positioning the quickness of better.
