With the development of modern industrial technology, AC permanent magnet synchronous servo system has got its rapid development, and is widely used in CNC machine tools, industrial robots and other fields. A full digital PMSM Servo System based on digital signal, easy to realize intelligent control algorithm and high performance control strategy, has become the development trend of AC servo system.The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of position servo system for permanent magnet synchronous motor based on DSP and FPGA, provides the hardware and software platform for further research, it can be used in aerospace, military and other high performance, high reliability requirements of field in the future.Firstly, this paper introduces the development situation and direction of AC PMSM servo system at home and abroad; based on the principle of vector control, establishes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor; uses the classical control theory, the current loop, velocity loop and position loop performance are analyzed, and designs the regulator.Secondly, based on Matlab/Simulink software, establishes the system model of vector control technology strategy and space vector pulse width modulation of the rotor flux orientation, simulates and obtains the satisfactory results.Thirdly, designs the full digital AC servo system with DSP and FPGA as control core, IGBT power module as power conversion device. In the design of the hardware platform, adopts modular programming to design the software.Finally, debugs the system, the main experimental waveforms are given, the test results show that the system has good dynamic and static performance, verified the theory analysis and simulation, and laid a solid foundation for further research and development system.
