The automobile running on uneven roads can produce continuous vibration,excessive vibration will affect the ride comfort and manipulation stability performance of the car,the vibrations can be attenuated efficiently by damping element.The traditional damper as damping element can transform auto vibration energy into heat energy to go out through the oil viscosity friction,this is a waste of energy.A kind of piezoelectric regenerative damper with rack and pinion mechanism is designed to replace the existing vehicle damper in the suspension system in this issue.The piezoelectric-regenerative damper can not only meet required for vehicle vibration damping under different road conditions,but can recycle some vibration energy.First of all,add the rack and pinion mechanism to rear damper of a type passenger car for damper ontology that produces damping force at the same time transforms the frame and the relative linear movement into the rotational motion of gear.Then study and analyze the physical and mathematical relationship between the damping characteristics of the damper ontology and the structural parameters in theoretically,build the simulation model of the damper ontology by SIMULINK and analyze the damping characteristics to prepare for simulation analysis of the piezoelectric-regenerative damper.Determine the test program and build test bench to test the damping characteristics of the type passenger car rear damper.Compare the simulation and the experimental results to verify the correctness of the simulation model.The appropriate optimization program is selected through the analysis of the theoretical and simulation data to optimize the structural parameters of the damper ontology.Study the equivalent damping characteristic of the piezoelectric mechanism and build the simulation model to analyze the equivalent damping characteristics of piezoelectric mechanism.Build the simulation model of the piezoelectric-regenerative damper with rack and pinion mechanism.Analyze damping characteristics of the piezoelectric-regenerative damper and study the equivalent damping coefficient generated by the piezoelectric mechanism as a percentage of the overall damping coefficient of the piezoelectric-regenerative damper in the case of different incentives.Summarize the influence with the changes of structural parameters of the damper ontology and the piezoelectric mechanism on the piezoelectric-regenerative damper.Propose parameter optimization scheme according to the established goals of this paper and optimize the performance of the piezoelectric-regenerative damper,so that the regenerative damper can achieve the goal of damping characteristics while recovering more vibration energy.
