Abstract/Summary:
The opening of the port market not only led to economic development,but also stimulated people to its higher requirements,making further increase between the port is very strong competition.Enterprises are faced with the huge amount of cargo ship and the high cost of port transportation equipment,and the length of stay in Hong Kong in Hong Kong will have a great impact on the efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,the effective planning and reasonable arrangement of the port logistics system is very Valuable,it can not only improve the efficiency of port enterprises,but also to reduce costs,attracting more berthing vessels,thereby increasing economic efficiency.Berths,a very important resource for port ports,its design to determine the customer satisfaction and port pass rate,the design of the berth program the better,the more profits can be maximized.The project operated by the Port Authority is mainly the transportation of port cargo.The problem of reasonable allocation of port coal transportation operations and port berths needs to be optimized.If the increase of berth port volume will increase the cost of the enterprise,it will not be able to make all berths So that it is important to optimize the operation of the port.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a port berth scheduling scheme based on particle swarm optimization algorithm,which is based on the conditions of the port service system,aiming at the minimization of the total port time in all ships.Secondly,as the key of this paper,according to the study of port scheduling and berth scheduling problem,a mathematical model which can reflect the real-time performance of port berth scheduling is established,and the corresponding model of the particle swarm optimization is described in detail.The model is used to establish the objective function,and the constraint function of the model is established according to the characteristics of the model.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to the berth scheduling problem,and the particle is encoded and Decode and determine the fitness algorithm of particle swarm.Finally,the optimal design is applied to the berth allocation system of the port.The results show that the mathematical model is practical and the effect is good.The practical application of the particle swarm optimization algorithm in the berth scheduling problem is verified by the practical application of the system to reduce the cost,the high resource utilization rate and the profit of the enterprise.
