In recent years,the number of patients with upper limb motor dysfunction which is caused by stroke and peripheral nerve injury is increasing worldwide,and how to evaluate their motor function and rehabilitation status in rehabilitation therapy to implement effective rehabilitation strategies is critical.However,the existing clinical evaluation methods mainly use qualitative evaluation methods such as scale.This method is limited by the human factors and the difficulty in comprehensive quantification,and the current clinical study did not establish a comprehensive rehabilitation evaluation database for comprehensive data collection and information analysis,and the current clinical study has not yet established a comprehensive rehabilitation evaluation database for data collection and information analysis.As the EMG and inertia information can be reflected in the patient's abnormal muscle details,exercise will and the ability to execute,so we can analysis the two signals in the rehabilitation evaluation to reflect a more rich,comprehensive and accurate limb functional status.In this paper,a rehabilitation evaluation system is established basing on the comprehensive analysis of EMG and inertia information.Based on the extraction of EMG and inertial signal characteristics,the important evaluation indexes of upper limb motor function are screened,and establishing the hierarchical analysis-fuzzy evaluation model to realize the rehabilitation evaluation of upper limb motor function.The upper limb rehabilitation evaluation system based on EMG-inertia information was designed and realized.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,to study the basic feature extraction methods of EMG-inertial information,and to analyze the association of the characteristic indicators in the process of exercise.Based on the clinical scale,multiple linear regression modeling methods were used to extract and select effective upper limb rehabilitation evaluation.Secondly,combine the AHP and FCE to construct an upper limb rehabilitation evaluation model based on AHP-FCE.Determine the evaluation factors in the model and its corresponding evaluation indicators connecting with the basic knowledge of clinical rehabilitation evaluation.using the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the corresponding weight of each evaluation factor,and analyzing the upper limb EMG and inertia information evaluation characteristics to obtain evaluation Matrix,through the fuzzy synthesis to obtain integrated,quantitative evaluation of upper limb rehabilitation.Finally,the evaluation system of upper limb rehabilitation based on EMG-inertia information is designed and realized.Analyzing the related experiments to collect the inertia information of elbow joint muscle and angular velocity of upper limb rehabilitation patients,which can achieve the objective and quantitative evaluation of the function of the elbow joint in the patients,At the same time,the corresponding patient database was established to realize the rehabilitation status of the patients.Proving the effectiveness and feasibility of the upper limb rehabilitation evaluation system.
