With the increasing modernization of ports,large port machinery in the handling of port materials plays a more and more important role.The ship loader is a main equipment of large port machine equipment,used for bulk ports when loading large cargos.Qinhuangdao coal port phase 2 ship loader put into trial operation on September 2009.The machine,with the arm rotation function,is a new type of machine used in the ship loader at present.Because of the complex structure,the various mechanisms of ship loader cooperate with more linkages when it works.It is at the most forefront of the coal Wharf,three directions are next to the sea,and the windward area is large.So it is very easy to be attacked by wind when typhoon or sudden gust occurs.Structural strength and stability of the machine is particularly important.Once an accident occurs,it will not only directly affect the normal production order of the wharf,but also causes significant losses and casualties to the port enterprises.In order to ensure the production and safety of the port,protect the property of the state and the people,the research and analysis of the steel structure of ship loader is of great significance to maintain the development of the port enterprises and to ensure the safety of the production of the wharf.In this paper,firstly,the mechanical model is established by the combination of three-dimensional dimensional plate and beam structure.The main steel structure of the ship loader is analyzed by using ANSYS software,the stress distribution and deformation are analyzed,and the weak links are found out.The actual stress and deformation of these points are measured by means of a professional instrument.Through the comparison and check,the weak parts of the main body steel structure of the ship loader is satisfied with the use conditions,including the structure of the revolving support and the base beam of safety hook,to ensure that the loader ship can be used safely in the existing operating conditions and external environment.In order to monitor the running state of the ship loader and monitor the bearing capacity of the surface near port,the vibration condition in the running process about the steel structure of the ship loader is also measured,including the upper rotating platform,the lower rotating platform,cantilever system,a layer of walking platform,tail part.According to the test results,it is considered that the ship loader can be used in the working state of the test.The wheel pressure of the ship loader in non working condition was also measured,The each strain signal value is measured by the sensor,and then the wheel pressure value of each wheel is calculated,then compared with the relevant standards,the wheel pressure of both the host and the trailer is less than the design wheel pressure,which meets the design requirements.
