Axial piston pump is not only the power source of hydraulic system,but also one of the main sources of hydraulic system vibration.With the development of hydraulic system in high speed,high pressure and high power-to-weight density,the speed and pressure of axial piston pump are rising sustainably.The mechanical and fluid vibration caused by axial piston pump are very complex.These vibrations can spread to the hydraulic system along the pipeline of a pump port,resulting in reduction of the life and reliability of the hydraulic system.Therefore,it is very important to study the vibration mechanism and transmission law of the axial piston pump to reduce the vibration and noise of a whole hydraulic system.In this paper,based on the mechanism of fluid vibration and the transfer path analysis method,a certain swash plate axial piston pump was studied as follows:1.Based on the research of the study status and major achievements of the current pulsation mechanism,vibration control and the vibration path analysis method of some complex mechanical equipments at home and abroad,the idea of using a new method to study the vibration of the swash plate axial piston pump was put forward.2.A certain swash plate axial piston pump was studied,the single piston pressure model was established using the traditional flow characteristics modeling method,the mechanism and regularity of the fluid vibration were studied,the frequency of the excitation sources were determined,laying the theoretical foundation for the following research.3.The transfer path of the fluid vibration and response of the pump body structure were analyzed,the front,middle and rear shells of the pump were seen as the final vibration receptors,the physical model of the fluid vibration transfer path was established,and the parameters in the model were determined.The mathematical model was established and solved by analytical mechanics,and the vibration characteristics of each shell were obtained.4.Based on the method of path transfer rate and path insertion loss,the contribution of the fluid vibration transfer path of the axial piston pump was quantitatively analyzed,and the main transerf path was identified.The sensitivity analysis of the vibration system in the time domain and frequency domain was carried out respectively,and the sensitivity of the state variables to the structural parameters of the pump shell was calculated.5.The axial piston pump vibration test was performed to obtain the pump shell acceleration data,it was shown that the results were consistent with the theoretical calculation,verifying the correctness of the theoretical analysis.The vibration path analysis is an effective way to study the transfer law of axial piston pumps vibration.In this paper,a certain swash plate axial piston pump was taken as the research object,the mechanism of fluid vibration was analyzed,and the model of the vibration transfer path is established.The path contribution and sensitivity analysis of the vibration system were analyzed,innovatively reflecting the fluid vibration characteristics of the pump.
