Hydraulic pump playing an important role in the whole hydraulicand is the core part of the hydraulic system. Simuitaneously, it is also the main source of vibration of hydraulic system. Ensuring the “health” of the hydraulic pump can ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hydraulic system and the entire mechanical equipment,to avoid the occurrence of major accidents, reducing economic losses and ensure the safety of the operator. So the research on vibration mechanism and new vibration evaluation methods of hydraulic pump has great theoretical significance and geat practical value.The reason of vibration of axial piston pump was selectively analysised.The vabration source and vibrational frequency was discussed.Conbined with internal structure of the axial piston pump,vibration transfer path was obtained, which provided a theoretical guidance to axial piston pump condition monitoring and vibration control research.To improve the stability with LMS algorithm, which is sensitive to the adaptive coefficient, with a two-stage vibration control plant based on the the normalized LMS algorithm was proposed. A simulation was carried out. The result idealed and coincidenced the expected assumption, which provides a toretical basis for the practical application of active vibration control of axial piston pump.Based on EEMD and wavelet soft threshold combined denoising method was studied.a simulation was carried out. And the actual vibration acceleration signal of axial piston pump verified the validity of the method. Compared with the traditional EEMD method, the de-noising effect of new method was ideal, which laid the foundation to post signal processing.The research object was based on the series of MCY axial piston pump in this paper. The signal acquisition system was build based on LabVIEW and the vibration acceleration signals in various fault conditions was collected. Vibration intensity and ISO2372 were introduced into vibration evalution of the axial piston pump. The operation status of axial piston pump in the condition of various faults was analysised.
