The emergence of minivans in a large extent to promote the domestic urban and rural transport rapid development.Especially in the second and third cities,Due to the mini-van design style and its low price,The public had a good impression of it.But with the increase in the number of minivans,mini-van-related pedestrian traffic accidents have increased accordingly.In this paper,the minivan and its traffic accidents as the object of this study.By exploring the characteristics of the minivan accident,to study the mechanism of thoracic injury and the protective measures for pedestrians.In this paper,the development of micro-van is expounded.Secondly,on the basis of this,take the minivan accident as the foundation,carry on the accident depth investigation and analysis to it.The characteristics of pedestrian injury in minivan accident and the effect of vehicle speed on pedestrian injury were analyzed.Select mini-van and medium-sized cars for comparison and compared amd analysis of three different mini-van models with different front structures.On this basis,select a minivan finite element model,and then add the front structure of the airbag device.The effects of balloon on pedestrian injury were analyzed.Finally,a case of minivan accident is selected to analyze and reconstruct the accident。Through the research of this paper,several points are summarized as follows:Through the relevant literature at home and abroad,and analyzes the research situation of minivan.And the use of the Third Military Medical University,Chongqing collected the mini-van accident data for statistical analysis.The impact of speed and age on injury in minivan accident is summarized.The biomechanical characteristics of human thoracic structure were analyzed by human anatomy knowledge.At the same time,the evaluation mechanism of pedestrian chest injury evaluation was introduced,This study provides an important basis for the analysis of thoracic injury and dynamic responses in pedestrian-minibus accidents.By participating in the Chongqing City,eight Yi traffic accident forensic center on micro-van depth survey project.And a more comprehensive method for obtaining the accident information is developed for this method.At the same time,obtaining new methods and techniques vehicle accident information are proposed.This method provides important basis for reconstruction of accident and reconstruction of thoracic injury of minivan.First,by comparing the mini-van and the car front structure of the difference,In this case,the impact on the pedestrian chest,and use of three different mini-van front structure and pedestrian collision to Analysis of pedestrian chest injury.It is concluded that the different anterior structures have obvious effects on pedestrian chest injury.And explores whether the loading airbag mechanism can produce the effect on pedestrian protection.By loading the airbags,respectively,under the front windshield,at the hood and at the front bumper.The different loading positions of the balloon have different effects on the protection of the chest.And concluded that when the balloon loaded in the front windshield along the edge of the pedestrian’s chest can have a protective effect.Loaded in the engine cover and the front bumper and can not have a protective effect on the chest,but will increase the degree of injury to the chest.Finally,based on the passive safety of the vehicle,the paper discusses the process of pedestrian collision in the airbag hood and the front bumper.It is concluded that the degree of injury to the thorax is less than that caused by contact with the ped estrian during the collision.Through the case information of minivan-pedestrian traffic accident,vehicle damage situation,pedestrian injury and other information.And provide the basis for the accident reconstruction.The results of simulation show that the traffic accident reconstruction method can predict the actual damage of pedestrians in the case.
