| In order to solve the energy crisis and environment pollution,our government vigorously promote the development of new energy automobiles.Plug-in hybrid electric bus as one of new energy automobiles type,it is able to have state subsidies,because plug-in hybrid electric bus has good fuel economic and emission performance,it is popular in the market.As we all known,the new energy automobiles financial subsidies policies has been changed,Plug-in hybrid electric bus pure electric driving mileage requirements raised from 30 km to 50 km since 2016.In response to the call of our government energy-saving and emission reduction and to increase the plug-in hybrid electric bus pure electric driving mileage,we must have a large body of research on plug-in hybrid bus system selection and matching,energy management strategy,braking energy recovery and so on.A kind of ISG Plug-in hybrid system is selected as the study object,to evaluate it the dynamic performance,economic performance and control strategies by establish the simulation model and comparative analysis of test data and simulation result.First of all,introduce the classification and characteristics of plug-in hybrid system and the working modes of the ISG Hybrid Power System and the energy flow of every mode are analyzed.Secondly,the modeling ideas of forward and backward simulation technology characteristics are analyzed,chose AVL CRUISE to built the ISG plug-in hybrid system simulation model.Matching and selection of Hybrid Power System,then configure parameters related modules in the CRUISE software,Finally on the basis of information transfer relationship between components,mechanical,electrical and control signal for each module to the connection,set up the model of the vehicle.Thirdly,introduces the advantages and disadvantages of different control strategies.Choose the rule-based control strategy method to formulate the control strategy of the system based on the analysis of ISG plug-in hybrid system structure characteristic and work pattern.According to the principle of optimum operating point,the maintenance principle of power battery and the principle of torque distribution,the switching control mode of the ISG plug-in hybrid system is determined,vehicle start-up condition control strategy,driving condition control strategy and deceleration braking condition strategy are established and then set up with the MATLAB/SIMULINK.Lastly,Using the CRUISE and SIMULINK to simulate the ISG plug-in hybrid system.Including Typical Chinese city Bus Driving Cycles simulation,pure electric maximum driving mileage simulation,acceleration performance simulation,climbing performance simulation,and then verified by experiments,the simulation results and test results are compared and analyzed.The simulation and test results show that Vehicle dynamic performance and economic performance meet the target vehicle performance requirements,simulation and test errors all less than 6% and belongs to the acceptable range.The real road test shows that the control strategy control effect is good,the system work mode switch smoothly and all parts of the system work in good condition. |
