| The aim of the defects of combustion fly ash(CFA),which was produced by Coal combustion,on enormous pressure for the environment,based on the Physical and chemical properties of CFA,the CFA WAS modified by Stearic acid,which can improve the interface force with polymer and Increase the dispersion properties in polymer;And then the flame retardant wire and cable was Prepared by Melt blending technique.The effects of CFA on the Mechanical properties and flame retardant of wire and cable,and the feasibility of CFA replaced by magnesium hydroxide in flame retardant wire and cable were to be studied.Red phosphorus as a synergists was used in flame retardant wire and cable,the effects of red phosphorus on thermal stability and char property of flame retardant wire and cable,and the synergistic effect of red phosphorus on CFA in wire and cable was to sum up.This research can provide new technical and theoretical supports for resource utilization of CFA. |
