Analysis Of Airspace Operational Status And Evaluation Of Sector Planning

With the continuous growth of air traffic in our country,the demand for airspace resources is rapidly increasing and airspace operation safety is facing great challenge.In addition,as a key means to solve the problem of airspace,there is no comprehensive decision-making assessment method of sector division,greatly affected the implementation effect of the program.Therefore,the research on airspace status analysis and sector planning program evaluation method,proposing airspace problem solution from operation to planning has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.The research falls into the following parts:1.This paper analyzes the user requirements and puts forward air condition analysis index.Then TAAM simulation tool developed by Jefferson is used to complete the Urumqi FIR modeling and simulation.The operation status of airspace is analyzed from three aspects:safety,efficiency and load,and the problems and suggestions are put forward.2.Based on the study of the influencing factors of the sector quality,the comprehensive evaluation index system of the sector planning scheme is established from the aspects of cost,efficiency and safety.The DEMATEL method is used to analyze the index relevance degree and the system influence degree.Through the extraction of key indicators to complete the index system optimization.Combined with the characteristics of TAAM simulation data,the calculation method of the index is introduced.Entropy theory Theil unbalanced index is applied to the sectoral balance measure which improve the accuracy.3.Analyzes the characteristics of the problem of sector planning,evaluates the weight of the evaluation index by using the AHP.The gray correlation coefficient is introduced into the TOPSIS method,and the comprehensive evaluation model of the sector planning scheme based on the improved TOPSIS method is established.This model combines the advantages of GRA and TOPSIS and improved the efficiency and reliability of evaluation.4.Taking the regional sector planning scheme evaluation as an example,this paper introduces the key point of sector planning scheme simulation modeling.And proves the feasibility and rationality of the sector planning scheme evaluation model evaluates the sector planning scheme and verifies the feasibility and rationality of the sector planning scheme evaluation model.The research of this paper is based on TAAM simulation.The research content of this paper provides the method of airspace problem analysis and planning decision-making,which has significant practical significance...
