With the rapid development of global economy and society,more and more energy are consumed,and the most mainstream fossil energy is less and less,approaching depletion.Although solar energy is an energy of renewable,energy-free,non-polluting,widely distributed,suitable for development,but its related use of technology is always not mature.In the process of power generation,there are many shortcomings and defects,such as solar panel conversion efficiency is low,power generation efficiency is low,the power generation process will produce excess heat which affects the life of solar panels and so on.And now the biggest drawback is the low efficiency and low overall energy efficiency.And nowadays the biggest shortcomings are the low efficiency and the low overall energy efficiency.Many of the world’s scholars and experts are working hard to carry out related research and experiment,in order to enhance its comprehensive energy efficiency.In order to improve the comprehensive energy efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system,this paper presents a set of PV photovoltaic system with synergistic device,it enhances the overall energy efficiency of photovoltaic power generation by enhancing power generation efficiency,reusing heat and extending the life of solar panels.This set of photovoltaic devices equipped with synergistic devices are divided into hardware part and software part.The hardware part includes the power generation and heat reuse module,the measurement module and the temperature analog quantity acquisition module.Power generation and heat reuse module is componentted with the photovoltaic panels equipped with synergistic device and inverter.The standard of this photovoltaic panel equipped with a synergistic device is the same as the PV panel in a conventional PV power generation system,the two photovoltaic panels are running in the same environment,to form a contrast.The power which generated by two photovoltaic panels is invertered by the inverters,and the efficiency device achieves the function of heat reuse finally;The measurement module includes light temperature and humidity sensor,temperature sensor,flow meter.Light temperature and humidity sensor is used to collect two sets of contrast system operating environment,light intensity,temperature,humidity.The temperature sensor is used to measure the inlet and outlet coolant temperature of the synergistic device in the photovoltaic photovoltaic system equipped with the synergistic device.The flowmeter is used to measure the flow rate of the coolant in the line;The temperature analog acquisition module collects the analog signals such as the intensity of the test environment,the test environment temperature,the test environment humidity,the coolant inlet and outlet temperature and the pipeline coolant flow rate measured in the measurement module,and the software part will use and read all the information.Software part is the host computer monitoring software,which is written by C #.The host computer monitoring software shows all the data after collected and calculated,and all the data will collect and monitor by the users.In this paper,the photovoltaic thermal system equipped with the synergistic device is used to test the laboratory environment and the outdoor environment.The feasibility and practicability of the integrated energy efficiency of the photovoltaic power generation system are fully verified.
