High branch pruning saw is one of the common tools of garden greening.With the continuous improvement of urban greening requirements,the traditional high branch chain saw has been unable to meet the demand for pruning high branches,so it’s very necessary to design a high branch pruning saw with small size,light weight,low noise,low energy consumption and high portability.In view of this situation,this paper studies the mechanism design of high branch pruning saw and the optimization of key components.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,through the analysis of the present situation of the research on the high branch pruning saw at home and abroad,combined with the design objectives entrusted by the enterprise,pointed out the purpose and significance of the study,and put forward the design methods of high branch pruning saws,standardized the design processes of similar products.(2)Based on the analysis of traditional high branch pruning saw,put forward the basic design requirements of a new high branch pruning saw.According to the dynamics simulation of the given scheme,the design objective of the optimal mechanism is determined,and the parametric design method is used to optimize the optimal scheme.(3)According to the working conditions,design requirements and objectives of the high branch pruning saw blade are proposed.The linear elastic statics analysis of the saw blade is carried out,which lays the mechanics foundation for the subsequent optimization and stability analysis of the blade structure.(4)By establishing assembly finite element model of high branch pruning saw,and the linear elastic statics simulation of the whole mechanism is carried out.The structure and performance of the high branch pruning saw is optimized by the analysis results.(5)The virtual prototype of high branch pruning saw is constructed by using virtual prototyping technique,put forward the evaluation index of the performance of the virtual prototype,evaluated the performance of high branch pruning saw designed in the paper,designed the experimental program to test the performance of the high branch pruning saw,provided a basis for producing and testing the product.
