| As people increasingly growing demand for renewable energy,wind turbines in recent years which the most important renewable energy has got rapid development.However,the emergence of wind machine fault has become a focus.Study in The wind turbine reliability abroad in China starts too late,what’s more in recent years newwind turbine is the most in world,research in wind turbine reliability is great significance.My paper supported by the national natural science fund project: "large wind generator cracking trend prediction method study"(51565055),Imainly study in the reliability of the distribution.First of all,I have analyzed the structure of wind turbine,the actual running situation and the reliability of modeling of wind turbine.I listed the reliability of the wind turbine system block diagram and the components reliability compliance function types by looked up the relevant literatures,use table form to show the subsystems of the wind turbine fault mode,effect and harm analysis,provide some precious ideals for the basis for wind turbine reliability evaluation and analysis.Secondly,according to the wind machine has the multi-level and failure factors,the fuzzy degree is high,the reliability allocation of wind machine uses the improved fuzzy hierarchy distribution method.Among them,judged the matrix scale by the three scale method,calculated weight of the object that relat to the target layer,and given the examples that about wind turbine reliability allocation.Third,I combined with the weight of the wind machine system in second chapter,I changed the generalized cost function,introduced the wind turbine operation maintenance cost,lised the actual total cost function of the wind turbine to the optimize the total costby using the genetic algorithm for wind machine,and proved the feasibility of this method.At the time,I provide valuable advices for wind turbine design.Forthly,Due to wind turbine haslots of parts and the structure is complex,so it isnot possible to test the all of the component.in this paper,the parts of the wind turbine reliability evaluation used the Bayes evaluation methods.I used Bayes evaluation methods in the reliability ofparts of the wind turbine.Finally,in order to reduce the cost of reliability test,I analysedits stracture from the reliability of the wind turbine parts to the reliability of system,incould the systems of abstimmen and nebeneinanderschltung,finally Iused the all subsystems to compound a big series for assessment.The reliability evaluation of simulation analysis use L-M evaluation method and the Bayes method.Of course I demonstrated the this method is feasible. |
