With the rise of variant aircraft in recent years,variable sweep wing technology becomes one of the hot topics in the field of aircraft research once again.Because it can take into account the aircraft flying low-speed and high-speed performance,it is widely concerned by the community.The design of the sweep wing is one of the most critical parts of the research.In this paper,a new adaptive variable sweeping mechanism is designed for the design of the variable sweep wing mechanism,that is,the spring-type adaptive variable sweep wing mechanism.The mechanism consists of springs,liquid spring dampers,sliders,slide bar,pins and other components,based on the best change sweep angle law,to achieve passive control of the aircraft after the sweeping process.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,in order to design the spring-type adaptive variable swept wing mechanism,the aircraft was initially designed.A simplified model of the overall structure of the aircraft is designed to provide a carrier for the organization to study the effect of the mechanism.Secondly,in order to carry out the detailed design of the organization,a set of pneumatic resistance is selected.On the basis of the knowledge of aerodynamic characteristics,through the research and analysis of the best descending sweep rule of wing sweep angle,combined with the change rule of F-14 sweep angle,a set of lift resistance ratio is achieved.It is used to calculate the aerodynamic drag of the model.Again,the design and analysis of the institutional program is carried out.According to the law of the various components,the appropriate scheme by comparison with the various schemes should be chosen,and then the mathematical model should be established,the force of the organization is analyzed,and the relevant design parameters is achieved,and then the final institutional program is determined by analyzing the parameters.Finally,the feasibility of the institutional program was verified.The mechanism model is introduced into the software ADMAS by software CATIA,and the kinematics simulation and dynamic simulation of the mechanism are carried out to verify and analyze the feasibility of the selected institutional scheme.The results of kinematics show that the elasticity of the spring is uniformlyincreasing and the motion of the spring is steady.The simulation results show that the elasticity of the spring is similar to that of the design elasticity,and the sweep angle is similar to the target sweep angle.From the simulation results can be analyzed that the body can be achieved in the kinematics,in line with the research requirements.Therefore,the final choice of institutions to determine the direction of the study,by changing the relevant parameters,institutions can try to achieve the best change sweep law.The results show that the selected scheme is feasible.
