The wing aspect ratio and the effective area of the wing are changed with the change of Wing sweep angle by folding wing. At the same time the aerodynamic shape of missile is changed and the lift-drag ratio is improved. So that the missile is able to adapt to subsonic flight, transonic flight, supersonic flight.This paper designed different 3D model of variable sweep folding wing missile aerodynamic shape according to the Basic Aerodynamics, Missile General Design Principle, Flight Dynamics of Missile. Simulated and analysised variable sweep folding wing missiles different projectile wing sweep angle model, and completed five groups of different sweep of missile model in Ma=0.5、1、2、3、4 steady analysis by Fluent fluid dynamics software. The calculation of lift coefficient, drag coefficient, moment coefficient and lift drag ratio of different models of different flight Maher numbers are completed. We intent to get the best lift-drag ratio through the data processing and comparison analysis. We get the conclusions as follow:(1) When subsonic flight, little sweep angle, high aspect ratio can get a high lift to drag ratio, it takes the missile good aerodynamic characteristics. Missile preferred smaller sweep angle in subsonic flight;(2) When supersonic flight, increasing the wing sweep angle can reduced missile wave resistance, improve missile lift to drag ratio.It suit to missile supersonic flight;(3) When Ma > 3 and the angle of sweep wing is greater than 60 degrees, continuously increasing the angle of sweep wing can’t continuously improve the lift to drag ratio of missile.
