With the improvement of living standards and the development of automobile technology,people begin to put forward higher requirements on comfortableness of vehicles.The experience of riding a car and the physical health is directly affected by the air quality in the car,so the pollution of the automobile air conditioning system attract more and more attention.The traditional cleaning methods can not enter the internal piping system in automobile air conditioning and the cleaning results is not ideal enough by using non-contact type.In this paper,the device designed and developed of the automotive air conditioning pipeline internal system cleaning achieves the access to the pipeline system and realize the contact cleaning.It makes the cleaning function come true.This paper mainly studies and discusses the following aspects:1.Illustrates the background and significance of the research;introduces the working principle and the piping system in automobile air conditioning;introduces the research status and cleaning device and method of the pipeline at home and abroad in detail to provide a reference for this research.2.This paper describes the pollution situation of the pipeline system in the automobile air conditioning system based on the macro observation and microbiological investigation.This paper selects the vehicle as a typical example,investigates and analyzes the structure of the pipeline system,analyzes and explains the structural characteristics of each part and puts forward the overall design scheme of the cleaning device.3.According to the requirements of the project,design and analysis the cleaning device walking part of automotive air conditioning system in pipeline: put forward the design requirements of the walking part;select wheel structure drived by DC gear motor as the drive structure;design of the electromagnet control guiding mechanism,improved trapezoidal slider rocker mechanism servo controls and verified the effectiveness of the design through the Adams software;the scissor type lifting structure is chosen as the lifting mechanism design scheme and the animation simulation is carried out by using Solid Works software;the static analysis is carriedout by using ANSYS software to determine the feasibility of the scheme.4.Design and analysis of cleaning device for the cleaning system of the inner pipe of the automobile air conditioner: design requirements are proposed and complete the design of cleaning and dust cleaning mechanism;the cleaning performance is theoretically calculated,and the contact force between brush and dust particles is simulated by ANSYS software at ideal state;The dust absorption performance of the device is analyzed by using the Fluent fluid analysis module,and the shape and size of the suction port are finally built.5.Complete the design of the control system: The design of software and hardware are carried out from three aspects: the overall design,the visual observation system and the cleaning system.6.Analysis and description of the insufficient and the future work of the research.
