Automotive air conditioning system is an important part of the car.The demands for the air environment and comfort in the vehicle have become higher and higher due to the increasing requirements of high-quality life and health concern.At present,the air pollution of many regions has become more serious in our country.And the haze also become a hazard to human health.Therefore,the quality of the air inside the car is directly affected by the automotive air conditioning and ventilation system.In view of the pollution of ventilation system,the paper studies the technique of air conditioning pipeline inspection.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,the paper expounds the background and significance of the subject.We research the domestic and foreign mobile detection technology and analyze the current main forms of detection technology which include the endoscopic detection technology,the walking detection technology and the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)detection technology.Meanwhile,the purpose and content of the subject are also elaborated.Secondly,the paper investigates the current cleaning status of the automotive air conditioning and ventilation system.We select a certain type of automobile air conditioning ventilation pipe for mapping analysis and summarize its specific structural features:the pipelines have horizontal and tilt complex struct.The evaporation box has a large space.The microbes in the pipeline were enriched and cultured。The result shows that it contains amount of bacteria,fungi,dust and other pollutants.Once more,for the characteristics including big gap,turning and large space of automotive air conditioning ventilation pipe,put forward specific requirements of automotive air conditioning ventilation pipeline exploration equipment and an amphibious vehicle composed of power system,communication system and image acquisition system is designed based on the four rotorunmanned aerial vehicle for air conditioner ventilating duct detecting device.The detecting device realizes the functions of pipeline forward,image acquisition,video shooting and data transmission in the pipeline.Then,the propeller with different helix angles is simulated based on aerodynamics,and the size parameters of propeller are determined.The aerodynamic characteristics of the whole machine in horizontal,vertical and vertical pipes are studied and the feasibility of the detector in the air conditioning duct of the automobile air conditioner is verified.Finally,the detection device is implemented based on single chip microcomputer system includes the main controller,WIFI control module,image acquisition module,motor drive module and attitude detection system etc.The pipeline detection experiment is carried out to collect the image information of each part of the pipeline.The result shows that the device meet the requirements of air conditioning ventilation system exploration,It provides the necessary basis for observing and cleaning the ventilation duct of automobile air conditioning. |
