In order to solve the problem of ABS detection,in this paper,based on the in-depth study of the working principle of ABS,a new type of automobileABSperformance testing platform is designed.Mainly do the following work:The mechanical structure design of the new automobileABSperformance test bench,including the overall structure design,the main assembly design.The innovative design of a linkage mechanism and a chain transmission mechanism to make the bench drum group kept pace to simulate pavement;design a new roller wheelbase adjustment mechanism,and by changing the roller wheelbase to achieve adhesion coefficient between tire and pavement simulation;the kinetic energy of the flywheel is equivalent to the actual measured kinetic energy of the vehicle at this speed the.Check the strength of the main assembly and calculate the key parameters of the test bench.The mechanical analysis and Matlab/Simulink simulation of a new type of ABS performance test bench of the vehicle are carried out to verify the feasibility of the simulation of the adhesion coefficient by using the adjusting roller wheelbase.Finally,the results of preliminary real vehicle test are shown.The test platform can effectively detect the performance of the automobile ABS,and the whole test system can realize the simulation of the single adhesion coefficient road surface,the road surface of the adhesion coefficient and the docking road surface.In this paper,the design of a new type ofABSperformance testing platform for the study of the field has a certain guiding significance,the test platform can be used to promote social and economic benefits.
