| Centrifugal compressor is widely used in mechanical, biological, chemical and aerospace department. It plays a very important role in developing national economy. As a motivation in improving fluid pressure, centrifugal compressor requires much energy. In large projects, for example, compressing ten thousand of chlorine gas project in recent years. It is important to research and develop compressor of big flow and large power consuming, which can increase the enterprise economic benefit and achieve green environmental protection and energy saving. We should study operation of the internal parts of centrifugal compressor to increase its adaptability, safety performance and energy conservation etc.Considering the impeller of centrifugal compressor is very big, and comparative flow dynamic to field tests, so we use ANSYS software to simulate impeller etc, including the flow field numerical simulation in the impeller and performance parameters analysis, from which we can discover the reconstruction scheme to eliminate accident. Furthermore, we can discover the relation between the component parameters and the working condition to repair machines purposefully. We use the solid-fluid coupling to study the internal condition of centrifugal compressor in order to simulate accurately.It is important to discover the relation between component parameters of centrifugal compressor and machine performance through the 3D modeling and modal analysis of the main component. When a fault happens, we can determine the most effective reconstruction scheme from the retrofit scheme of simulation parameters. From the drive for testing, we can find the reliability of the simulation software to deepen understanding and learning the application of ANSYS. |
