The actuator is an important part of the engine, its complex structure, size precision andtolerance is high, the main function is through the reciprocating movement of the piston rod of the cylinder body, the adjusting ring move to push the afterburner, change the nozzle cross-sectional area. There is a direct impact on the machining accuracy and assembly quality of its action on nozzle the motion of the system flexibility and reliability. So how to improve the processing quality of cylinder cylinder is related to the reliability of the engine nozzle is one of the key.This study is on the machining process of titanium alloy cylinder parts of an airplane on the engine, the cylinder is made of TC6 titanium alloy materials, cutting performance is poor,its quality directly affects the intensity of the component and sealing, especially the machining quality of cylinder hole is the priority among priorities. Through the process of processing scheme for a titanium alloy cylinder part of the existing tool solutions, process size,conducted a comprehensive analysis of the clamping scheme and the programming scheme of process factors, combined with the existing factory production of the actual situation and production conditions, based on the original process, optimize the process route. Clamping of parts, tool path, NC machining process parameters of elements, so as to improve process capability, shorten the processing cycle and reduce the consumption of spare parts, tools,improve the machining quality, and reasonable selection Advanced production equipment, to explore the process of centralized processing mode, for similar cases and similar parts of the process improvement to provide a more objective and comprehensive improvement of data and reference experience.With the uninterrupted development of new aircraft, aviation engine model with the constant upgrading of changes, resulting in structural shape of the cylinder type, size and other factors are changing. By improving the processing technology of the parts, there are still some problems for the grinding of titanium alloy, you need to select the appropriate grinding wheel and special cutting fluid wheel dressing, also needs to be further development and study.
