Study On High Efficient Grinding Technology Of Granite Thin Slab

Because of the granite thin slab is so "thin", its strength is reduced and easily to have been broken in the grinding process, which seriously restrict the high effective production of the granite thin slab. Based on the analysis of the grinding process of the granite thin slab and the existing problems of it, we study the critical economic thickness of the granite thin slab when grinding, and full explored the broken problems when grinding the granite thin slab and efficient grinding technology.Based on the analysis of the production technology and equipment of the granite thin slab, we make market research and production analysis, and analysis the problem of the broken phenomenon in the grinding process of the granite thin slab, which affect the machining efficiency and the cost of producing the granite thin slab.Then based on the fracture mechanics, we explain the removal mechanism in the grinding process of the granite thin slab from material internal defects and the cracks and its expanding. And analyze the effect of the granite components on the cracks and its expanding, summarize the common broken forms of the granite thin slab, and analyses the influence factors, so lay a foundation for the fracture criterion research of the granite thin slab.Through the orthogonal experiment of grinding the granite thin slab, we analyze the grinding force, and get the relationship model between the grinding force and the grinding process parameters. Then through the analysis of the size effect about the granite thin slab, we put forward the fracture criterion that is suitable for the granite thin slab and get the mathematical model of the critical economic thickness based on the common broken forms.In the end, we make optimization design about the grinding path of the abrasive when grinding the granite thin slab, and get the principle of the selection about the grinding process parameter. We put forward some improvements on grinding equipment to achieve the purpose of high efficient processing.The purpose of this subject is to study the critical economic thickness of grinding the granite thin slab, built the mathematical model between the thickness of the granite thin slab and grinding process parameters, solve the problem of broken phenomenon in the grinding process of the granite thin slab. It has important significance to the high efficient processing and to guide the practical production.
