SRGS(Small-caliber rapid-fire gun System)is accompanied by a comprehensive upgrade of military weapon systems reform.It is a big step from mechanization to informationization in the process of the birth of a representative of information technology and automatic weapons system.It is a high level of automation and information needs of the various units work closely together to jointly complete weapon system.From the perspective of military necessity,SRGS can play an important role in double insurance in the whole system,and its defensive role and stability are obvious.Study its servo system not only has a good reference value for promoting other traditional weapons to automate,but also have a very positive and realistic significance to enhance the level of automation of weapons and the level of information systems throughout the country.More importantly,It is of great realistic significance to study its servo system on troubleshooting,maintenance,improvement,etc.Firstly,the author explains how it works and applications,and introduces the motor and inverter commonly used in the servo system.The author discusses the importance and scope of the SRGS.The author studies the ways and characteristics of the combination of the servo system and the SRGS,as well as the function of each unit in the system.It paves the way for the sub-unit of work behind the research.Secondly,the author focuses on the application technology of radar system in SRGS including pulse compression processing,moving target detection and processing,constant-early-warning processing and point-track aggregation.The author studies the principle and realization of the main control part-image sensor in electro-optical tracking system.The author studies the principle and structure of electro-optical tracking servo system,including current loop,velocity loop,the principle of the position loop and imaging system principle.Then,the author studies the application of the fire control part in the servo system,including the structure,hardware and software configuration,software structure and software processing flow,the key technology and implementation method of the fire control central control unit-track filter algorithm and hit algorithm.Finally,the author studies the semi-automatic working principle and automatic aiming principle.Through the research and improvement,the author realizes the application of servo system in SRGS.
