Directing against the situation of equipments being supplied by different suppliers respectively on the basis of turbine island and boiler island popularized in our country at present.When units putting into operation,in order to jointly guarantee the performance of combined cycle power-generation units according to the contracted clasuses of performance assurance and to refer to operating in the future,thermal performance test should be put to.In consideration of complexity of single shaft and conbined cycle power-generation units,and integral parts(Gas turbine and steam turbine,heat recovery steam generator)are supplied by different suppliers respectively on the basis of turbine island and boiler island,the responsibility share dividing method,in case of the units performance being not up to grade,must be discussed.The paper adopt conventional method and modularized idea,based on the units supplied by different suppliers respectively on the basis of turbine island and boiler island,slecting representive triple pressure reheat un-fired combined cycle unit,and build the model of gas turbine,steam turbing and heat recovery steam generator.Simulating thermal performances of combined cycle power-generation units,steam turbine,heat recovery steam generator and calculating different correction curves are conducted with givien boundary conditions.Finally,the paper conclude the theoretical basis and principle of responsibility division on single shaft and combined cycle power-generation units by research and verify the correction curves supplied by different suppliers.In combination with the test of combined cycle power plant of Dazhou,Sichuan province,the result of responsibility division of single shaft and combined cycle power-generation units respectively on the basis of turbine island and boiler island is obtained.
