At present,the main use of the electronic mechanical control system.In recent years,with the continuous development of automotive technology,the electronic mechanical braking system has been more widely used in the automotive field.The braking system mainly comprises a communication module,a sensing device,a braking device and a brake operating device.Compared with the hydraulic automatic system has been widely used,the biggest characteristic of the electro mechanical braking system is the implementation of braking operation of equipment,in the electronic mechanical brake system,the brake operation execution equipment mainly includes the operation of converter,reducer,motor and other equipment,and the traditional hydraulic braking system,mainly responsible for the implementation of the braking equipment including automatic brake disc,wheel cylinder and other equipment.Electronic mechanical automatic system has the advantages of obvious braking effect,quick response and so on.It is the theoretical basis,the sensing device is responsible for collecting the brake signal,and passes it to the central control center to calculate the braking force of the brake size,then with the help of transfer information to the bus braking deceleration mechanism and operation device,so as to realize the control of the braking mechanism.At present,the electronic braking system has been more and more widely used in the world,and the related theoretical research is also in depth.Many experts and scholars from many aspects of communication lines,control algorithm and the implementation of braking,and so on,the hope that through the study will be applied to the automotive field of electronic mechanical braking system.In this paper,we mainly discuss the bus communication of the electronic mechanical braking system.At present,the use of aircraft communication bus is 1553 B,while the car is using CAN bus communication,based on the two kinds of bus are compared and analyzed from various aspects,finally draws the conclusion: CAN network of electronic mechanical brake system can be applied to automobile,which has the characteristics of real-time and expansibility.The main contents of this research are as follows:First,the application of CAN bus in the vehicle braking system is determined.Specifically,including the establishment of CAN topology network,distribution of the name and location of each node,determine the work content of each node,etc.Then the characteristics of ABS system used in automobile braking current is analyzed in detail,and on this basis to determine the various CAN network control nodes,including wheel control node,control node and control node execution engine,and set up a network topology.Then,according to the relevant communication protocol requirements,determine the location of each node and the name,and then according to the relevant parameter management system to determine the contents of each node.Secondly,the CAN network simulation is made on the situation of using the electronic mechanical braking system in the aspect of automobile braking.The first step,has identified each node in the CAN network,location,name and content of the message,in order to minimize development costs,shorten development time,it is necessary to use the effect of related software systems on the network to conduct a simulation experiment.According to the design of this project,the experiment consists of three parts,the first part is the establishment of the database,in order to provide data support for the automotive electronic mechanical brake system;the second part is to establish the required experimental model,the third part is the preparation of the relevant procedures to make the model can work normally.After the completion of these tasks,carried out simulation experiments,the experimental results show that each node can work normally,CAN bus load is less than 1%,a relatively low level,in the automobile electronic mechanical brake system in the bus has scalability and better timeliness.Then,the CAN circuit diagram of the automobile electronic mechanical braking system is designed.In the circuit design,first determine the type of motor drive chip,chip and other key chip,and with the help of related software,design a schematic diagram of the control chip,the center node and motor drive chip.Finally,the application software of the automobile electronic brake system is designed.The initialization module software of MSCA controller is designed,and the relevant time parameters are set up based on the bus frequency,and then the data processing software is designed,including the data receiving module and the data sending module.In the data transmission,due to the need for data storage,so the relevant features are briefly described;after the preparation of the relevant message sending program.
