| Quality management is an important part of construction project management, and it is one of the main control objectives of construction project management. How to effectively control the quality is the key to ensure and improve the quality of the project, to facilitate the development of the company, to gain the market and to get the profit. To achieve the quality control of the construction project, the basic principles and ways of quality management and quality control should be applied systematically and effectively. The construction quality control system should be established and operated. Project participants' responsibilities should be implemented. The functional activities should be controlled during every process of the project. And the possible quality accidents should be effectively prevented and correctively dealt with. All these should be done under the government supervision.The quality goal of the project lies in the quality of the project entity, and the quality of project entity depends on the construction process done by the construction side. The quality of designs, materials and equipments has to be tested in the construction process. Therefore,the quality control of the construction side is the key of project quality control.This paper takes the X company curtain wall installation project as an example,attempting to discuss the connotation of construction project quality control and the quality control system. Through the analysis of the influence factors of construction quality, it explores the scientific and reasonable construction of organization structure, work flow and management responsibilities of the construction side. It suggests that the quality of the whole project should be ensured by the institutionalization of quality behaviors in different process,and the construction side should construct a comprehensive quality control system to achieve the overall quality level of the project. |
