Steel truss girder suspension bridge is the first choice for large span bridges in the mountainous area,with the ability of spanning capacity,low construction cost,and high adaptability to construction environment.This paper takes Yunnan Xiaogela steel truss girder suspension bridge as the research object,in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the calculation,ensure the safety of construction process.Research on the key problems in the construction of the truss stiffening girder。The main contents and results of this paper are as follows;Through summary analysis of the analysis of the composition and function of each part of steel truss structure,introduce the concept of equivalent flexural rigidity,to calculate the equivalent stiffness of truss girder,a simplified method based on the idea of "comparing to web"is introduced.and verified.Derived a simplified calculation formula of bending stiffness of steel truss stiffening girder bending stiffness for Xiaogela suspension bridge,the formula calculated value and the precise value gap remain at around 5%,and in general the static and dynamic analysis is available.Taking the process of rigid connection of steel truss stiffening girder for Xiaogela suspension bridge as the research object do the analysis for the inevitable load in the process of rigid connection.,get thie conclusion that the factor will be a large influence on stiffening beam line and internal force,the proportion reached 10%,because of the quality of beam segment is small,the construction process is still safe,take the researching for stiffening girder internal force Concentration.Through eliminating the internal force,its actual state into a bridge and the theory into the state of the bridge,the linear is basic smooth,derrick gap keep within 5%.At this point of the stiffening girder of temporary connection structure and working principle is analyzed,the calculation formula of linear stiffening girder hoisting process is derived,and in view of the Xiaogela suspension bridge stiffening girder hoisting process,to consider a temporary connection of stiffening girder hoisting process research,analysis of the temporary connection mechanism and the role of stiffening girder construction process,it is concluded that the temporary connection to ensure the stiffening girder construction safety and small internal force state of positive conclusion,using Midas FEA temporary connection of local analysis model is established,its stress distribution under the most unfavorable working conditions,according to its stress state,analyzes the possibility of failure and put forward the proposal.Through the Xiaogela stiffening girder of the above analysis and conclusion of suspension Bridges,to this kind of truss structure of the suspension bridge has a certain reference function.
