Curved beam,as one of the important structural forms in modern traffic engineering,is widely used in the main lines of urban traffic,the overpass and the mountainous highway.Compared with the straight beam,due to the influence of the radius of curvature,curved beam will produce the coupling effect of bending and torsion,making the internal force and deformation calculation is more complex.In recent years,many scholars both domestic and foreign have carried out systematic and deep research on the curved beam,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the curved beams are more systematic.However,most of these theories are based on the elementary beam theory,which ignores the effect of shear stress on the internal force and deformation of the structure.So this paper based on the theory of Timoshenko deep beam using structural mechanics method,do the following research:(1)A calculating method with considering the influence of shearing deformation was established for single span static curve beam.The deformation formula of single span static curve deep beam under common load were also deduced.The correctness of the formula is verified by a numerical example,and the effect of the shear effect on the deformation is also analyzed.(2)On the basis of the calculation of the deformation of the single span static curved beam.The deformation formula of single span statically indeterminate curve deep beam under common load were also deduced,and the correctness of the formula is verified by a numerical example.(3)Analysis of single span statically indeterminate beam curve in the central angle,radius of curvature changes under the influence of the effect of shear deformation.Research shows that: with the decrease of the central angle and the increase of radius of curvature,the shearing effect on the beam deflection curve is also increased;At the same time,shear deformation no effect on the deflection angle and the torsion angle of the curved beam.(4)The internal force calculation method of curved girder bridge under the influence oftorsional stiffness and vertical stiffness is established,and the influence of torsional stiffness and vertical bearing stiffness on the internal force of curved beam is analyzed.It is found that the bearing stiffness has no effect on the bending moment of the curved beam,and the torsion stiffness of the end member has a significant effect on the torque and the shear force of the curved beam,and the influence of the vertical bearing stiffness on the torque and the shear force is small.
