With the continuous progress of society and science and technology,people's requirement for modern precision equipment has gradually improved.Therefore,the problem of vibration most of the mechanical equipment in operation becomes more obvious.Such as rotating machinery,in order to improve efficiency,the gap between the rotor and stator turn smaller,thus likely turn stator collision was due to vibration of the rotor in operation,which bring great harm to the rotor system.As a new method of restraining vibration,the ultrasonic suspension effect is widely concerned over the years.Many scholars are exploring the use of ultrasonic suspension to control or inhibit the rotating machinery with various failures,such as imbalance,not medium,and so on.In this paper,the ultrasonic levitation phenomenon is experimentally tested,and the ultrasonic levitation mechanism is solved by using the method of numerical analysis and high order difference.The ultrasonic extrusion film suspension characteristics and bearing capacity are studied theoretically and experimentally.Combined with the influence factors of concave ultrasonic suspension and discusses its influence.The mechanism of ultrasonic levitation is applied to the suppression of the rotor unbalance vibration simulation analysis and experiments are carried out.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects.Firstly,the ultrasonic suspension analytical solution is introduced by the principle of acoustic radiation,the numerical solution of the ultrasonic gas extrusion film is solved by using the method of higher order difference and simulation.The relationship between gas film force and levitation gap,the ultrasonic amplitude,pressure,ultrasonic frequency and other factors was analytical,which was to solve the influence of various parameters to ultrasonic suspension performance.Secondly,the concave ultrasonic gas squeeze film gas film force was obtained through plane gas film force decomposition and composition.The influence of surface roughness on the concave surface of the squeeze film suspension force is studied by friction theory.At the same time,the influence of rotational speed on the extrusion film with the formation of concave ultrasonic levitation rotor is considered.Then,the formula of the film pressure of the ultrasonic film is obtained by using the method of data fitting.The response of the vibration suppression for the rotor system is solved numerically,and the effect of vibration suppression is also discussed.Finally,the experimental platform of restraining the vibration of the rotor by ultrasonic suspension is designed.Through ultrasonic levitation inhibition of rotor vibration experiments,to verify the various factors of ultrasonic extrusion film force and ultrasonic levitation in the rotor unbalance vibration suppression effect.
