Aero-Engine is the heart of the aircraft and one of determinant factor for aircraft performances.As the main domestic research and manufacture base,our company holds an important position for the manufacture of national key engine model.Moreover,the engine test is the last operation and significant element before its delivery for powering aircraft to ensure its high-efficient and safe performance on the airplane.The acceptance inspection from representative of military is most important part of delivery test.The representative shall inspect and verify the technical condition of engine,trouble shooting details,performance parameters and etc.The acceptance inspection from military is a compliancetesting,it features a thorough review of test result for engine before delivery.This way of acceptance test is used by military in domestic for a long period and it actually played a role for quality control before delivery.However,as the development and modernization of technology for domestic military engines and test equipments,one hundred percent thorough review test from military representative has become more and more unsuitable.To make the test bed can complete its task with more accuracy and efficiency,this thesis designs software which have data acquisitions and networking functions,the process of engine test can also be real time analog displayed.The system is based on light weight J2EE architecture of Spring,Strusts and Ibatis,using AJAX and FLASH as front.This paper using design principles and method of software engineering gives analysis of demand,designs and implements the process management of the test,module functions such as standard frequency spectrum-frequency spectrum transition and man-machine interaction operation.The tests for above modules are also completed.This system performs real time monitoring for test process,collect and integrated the test data which are transferred to background,then the final result are output for the test.The aero-engine test technology is not only improved,but push the inspection method move forward to be advanced.It makes the inspection is done from manually to automatically,to make acceptance for engine test can be finished on the computer monitor and to make the simple review change to quality control of the whole process.At the moment,this system has been put into service.The Engine running is stable and high effective operation.This system not only greatly reduces the test cost,improve the test efficiency,but also improved the experimental process,optimizing the experimental process.
