| Bulk material logistics is always an important part of industrial areas, users needs on how to achieve green transportation becomes more and more obvious. The market is expected to have lower power consumption and noise, less or free pollution of new technologies to lead the industry, while meeting the needs of domestic and international markets. Rail conveyor is a newly developed energy-saving mining bulk material conveying equipment, at the same original parameters, rail conveyor is 30%~50% more energy-saving than traditional conveyor and the longer the distance,the more energy-saving, material-saving and cost-saving. At a conservative estimate,above 10km cost will be reduced by 1/4, energy saving over 40%. The essential difference between rail conveyor and traditional belt conveyor is the indentation rolling resistance which for traditional belt conveyor is the largest of the total resistances. Rrail conveyor eliminates indentation rolling resistance through the change of structural design, solving the problem that traditional belt conveyors is difficult to achieve long distance transmission, resistance, high energy consumption.During the operation of the conveyor, noise pollution can be generated due to the equipment rotation, loading and unloading. If transmission lines through residential areas, the high noise will affect people’s normal life and work, which even endanger people’s physical health. With the rapid development of modern industry, noise pollution has attracted more and more attentions, how to control and reduce the product noise becoming the main content of green design. Therefore, it is of great social and economic significance to study the noise mechanism of the new energy-saving rail conveyor and realize the green design and manuf-acture of the new technology.This subject comes from Shandong province science and technology development plan: rail type bulk material conveying system (2013GGA09173),jointly developed by Libo Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. and The University of Newcastle, Australia. This article mainly research on rail conveyor wheel-rail rolling noise, noise source, and the theoretical analysis of wheel-rail rolling noise mechanism; the establishment of wheel-rail rolling noise model, explore the wheel-rail interaction and wheel-rail speed impedance; test the vibration acceleration and the noise based on the prototype collecting data to analyze; Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and on-site testing, propose a series of rail conveyor vibration and noise reduction optimization design. |
