| At present, the research on prefabricated concrete shear wall and recycled concrete material performance at home and abroad are more mature, but the research on prefabricated shear wall using recycled concrete is less.In this paper,a kind of prefabricated recycled concrete shear wall connected by squeezed coupler is designed.A total of 10 specimens are used for horizontal low cycle reciprocating test, and the finite element software is used for numerical simulation and parameter analysis.(1)One full cast-in-place specimen and nine prefabricated recycled concrete shear wall specimens connected by squeezed coupler. The parameters were set as shear span ratio, axial compression ratio, replacement rate of recycled concrete fine aggregate, section of edge member and connection mode of longitudinal reinforcement of edge member, etc.the specific values of parameters were determined and horizontal low cycle reciprocating test was carried out.(2)The test results are analyzed from the aspects of test process and phenomenon, hysteretic curve and skeleton curve, strength degradation and stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity and steel strain. The results show that the failure mode of the specimens with small shear span ratio and two enlarged edge members is bending shear failure, and the other seven specimens are bending compression failure. The seismic performance of the cast-in-place specimens is very close to that of the fabricated specimens and ordinary concrete specimens, which indicates that the connection method is effective and reliable. At the same time,it also shows that 30% recycled fine concrete is used in the actual construction of this kind of shear wall The results show that the replacement ratio of raw and fine aggregate is feasible;within the range of test parameters, with the increase of axial compression ratio, the horizontal bearing capacity of the specimen also increases;increasing the cross-sectional area of the edge member can significantly improve the horizontal bearing capacity and seismic performance of the specimen, and the use of squeezed coupler at the edge member can also provide an effective and reliable connection for the specimen.(3)The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the specimen, and the results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The results show that with the increase of axial compression ratio, the horizontal bearing capacity of the specimen first increases and then decreases, and the ductility of the specimen gradually decreases;increasing the reinforcement ratio of the edge member will also increase the horizontal bearing capacity of the specimen;the reinforcement ratio of the wall body has little effect on the horizontal bearing capacity of the specimen, and only needs to meet the structural requirements in the design. |
