Urban transport is one of the most basic functions in the city.With the prosperity and development of urban transport,there are also a large number of vehicles with special travel demand.They bear special missions and carry out onerous tasks,with a higher traffic priority.Although traditional urban traffic control system has played an important role in city traffic,it does not support the distinction between vehicles.There is no effective mechanism to guarantee the travel of such particular vehicles.These vehicles are often limited by the existing road and traffic conditions,and blocked on the way,which greatly delays arrival of vehicles and is detrimental to the healthy development of the city.Based on the existing traffic systems,in this thesis we innovatively propose a networking and control strategy for particular vehicles,while taking social vehicles into account.With full consideration to the travel characteristics of the particular vehicles and real-time traffic conditions,traffic green wave is formed in the direction of particular vehicles,to ensure the smooth travel of particular vehicles.Meanwhile the blocked social vehicles are timely evacuated to guarantee quick recovery of the traffic.In this thesis,we firstly introduces the research background,work and related technologies,and then make clear the running scene for the traffic scene of particular vehicles.Furthermore,we describe traffic control requirements from particular vehicles and social vehicle and give the further decomposition of the system.According to the analysis of requirements,we give the overall structure of the system,divide the system into different levels,and design processes and interfaces.On this basis,we design the class diagram of the core modules,and completes further the implementation of the system.Finally,the test cases and simulation experiments are designed,which shows that the system can fulfill the requirements and the effect of traffic control is obvious.In the end,there are summaries and future work of this research.
