In order to effectively enhance the performance of ORC power generation system.This paper based on the background of Geothermy heat source ORC generation technology,we choosed good organie R236 fa to be the eycle fluid of system,then established generation system based on organie rankine cycle.According to the theorem of thermodynamics,we analyse the transfer process of R236 fa in heat exchangers in the theory.By controlling the best refrigerant evaporation temperature,we would like to improve the system's efficiency.Through setting degree of superheat to a fixed value and controlling the speed of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is to control the refrigerant pump speed control of organic mass flow and pressure to make organic quality to be a optimum evaporating temperature.Using vector control based on sliding mode speed controller to improve the performance of PMSM in the paper.In order to avoid the phenomenon of buffeting and approaching time longer,the symbolic function in the improved variable index approximation is replaced by a hyperbolic sine function.Then the paper presented sliding-mode speed controller based on a new index reaching rate.In order to obtain a high stability of the system to design a extended state observer.In order to keep the system at the best point of work,we need the system to keep track of changes in heat sources in real time,so write the best evaporation temperature optimal process and design single neuron PID optimum evaporating temperature controller based on RBF Neural networks identification.Finally,the Simulink simulation model of the optimal evaporative temperature control system is established and further verify the rationality of the control strategy proposed in this paper.
