Abstract/Summary:
High voltage switch cabinet is an important equipment to ensure that the power system can operate safely and reliably in the power plant and transformer substation,it also bear the functions such as the power distribution,on-off circuit,cutting off the fault load.Because high voltage switch cabinet works in the conditions in which the high voltage,high current,strong magnetic field exists,its internal components will be affected by various environmental factors,and due to the manufacturing,assembly technology,it will cause various types of faults including electrical aspects and mechanical aspects,if the fault can not be found or treated,it will be crisis seriously to the high voltage switch cabinet.Therefore,on-time,online monitoring of the cabinet can find the abnormal condition,reducing the failure rate,making sure the cabinet can work safely and reliably.The paper,which is based on the comprehensive of domestic and foreign on-line monitoring research on the cabinet contacting pot temperature,mechanical vibration and insulation,puts up forward a new method that the internal of the cabinet adopts the wire-less communication technology of ZigBee AD-Hoc network and the external of it adopts the new method that uses the CAN bus transmission technology on high voltage switch cabinet on-line monitoring,and gives the design scheme of the system.The system consists of the monitoring circuit of the pots,the monitor circuit and the upper computer.It also analyze the structure,performance,traits and application of ZigBee,building the ZigBee network transmission between the monitoring unit circuit and the monitor.This paper designs the temperature monitoring circuit,vibration monitoring circuit,insulation monitoring circuit,which are used the digital temperature sensor DS18B20,vibration sensor AdxL105 and high precision AC leakage current sensor respectively,the CC2430 ZigBee chip is as their core.Using the DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the control center unit,it expands the ZigBee wireless receiving module,memory module,man-machine interface module and CAN bus communication interface module and the monitor unit circuit is designed.It also designs the monitoring unit circuit and the procedure flow chart of each monitor.Using IAR Embedded workbench integrated developing environment,the Z-Stack completes the programming of CC2430 and TMS320F2812.The interface of upper monitor is made by LabVIEW software which is designed by the American NI company,it can monitor the on-line data,alarm when the data is over the limit,and record the historical curve.This paper proposes a method on the designing of online monitoring system for high voltage switch cabinet based on ZigBee,the system can monitor the temperature of the voltage switch cabinet’s contacting pot,vibration and insulation.And it designs the temperature monitoring circuit,vibration monitoring circuit,insulation monitoring circuit and the monitoring circuit.And the programming float of the software is given.
