First of all, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the electricity generation in the area in recent years, and extracts the characteristic vector of the plum rains climate, which provides the basis for the identification of the special weather for the control system. Under normal circumstances, the control system is used to adjust the driving power of the LED street lamp by using the moving average method, and the power saving strategy can be realized by the time-sharing power down strategy. Under normal circumstances,control system drive power coefficient of the moving average weather way to effectively regulating the LED lamp and using power reduction of time-sharing strategy to save energy.
