With the development momentum of renewable energy and new energy,and sustained and the promotion of the Chinese government of new materials,the power supply of chemical and physical will meet new opportunities,due to the rise of the network industry,which led to the development of micro batteries,especially the development of lithium micro battery.Lithium micro batteries will occupy an increasingly important position in the future social life,but as the 430 single plated nickel lithium micro battery cover materials still exist problems with scratch resistance,corrosion resistance and adverse,due to "green mold" cause the battery failure phenomenon at the same time.As a kind of lithium battery shell without paste trademark but printing the trademark which caused adverse effects on the conductivity and appearance.Ni films on 430 stainless steel select the thermal diffusion layer by controlling the temperature and time of heat treatment of the thickness,and choose the best products from scratch resistance,corrosion resistance and surface roughness,after what stamped steel shell and assembled to battery.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)In the electrodeposition of nickel film 430 multilayer on stainless steel substrate,the heat treatment time was 2 h,the heat treatment temperature of 400 ?,500 ?,600 ?,700 ?and 800 ?,the heat diffusion treatment of 430 single nickel plating,the samples were analyzed at the same time,the microstructure and Mechanical properties,the processing industry is the suitable heat treatment temperature of 600 ?,then,using the same temperature and different time of heat treatment,the optimal thickness of diffusion layer is 1.5 ?m.(2)The samples of different heat diffusion layer thickness were evaluated by means of micro hardness tester,universal tensile testing machine and roughness tester.The results show that the surface roughness of the sample with the thermal diffusion layer of 1.5 mu m is the minimum,which is beneficial to keep the surface bright,and the surface hardness is the highest,which shows that the scratch resistance is the best.(3)By neutral salt spray test and electrochemical test,thermal diffusion layer thickness of 430 single plated nickel 1.5 ?m with the best corrosion resistance;through high temperature and high humidity test and discharge performance test,thermal diffusion layer thickness of 430 single plated nickel 1.5 ?m with the batterywas the lowest,the battery voltage drop minimum,the optimal battery capacity.In summary,the multilayer nickel films on 430 stainless steel with the thickness of thermal diffusion layer is 1.5 ?m perform the best.With high production efficiency,stable quality,achieve the high-end buckle type lithium battery material to cover the requirements at the same time,to meet the requirements of industrialization.
