| As the core component of the locomotive,the quality of the train wheel seriously affects the operation safety and transportation capacity of the train.At present,the wheel set press-fitting generally depends on the artificial experience to carry on the wheel axle matching,it is not suitable for the wheel axle,and the efficiency is not high and it is easy to generate the prediction error.The success rate of wheel axle matching is low,and the repaired number of wheel or shaft is large.Therefore,It is urgent for enterprises to use computer technology to realize the automatic and reasonable matching of wheel set according to the implementation of wheel set,so as to improve the matching efficiency.Train wheel set sets up a combination of database selection system,in order to be able to automatically complete the matching work,and to achieve efficient management of the matching results,and to automate generation of card with wheel or shaft unpaired.This paper firstly introduces the press-fitting principle,according to the actual demand and production and processing enterprises,determines the principle and method of wheel set matching based on the maximum matching principle,so can achieve the goal of finishing the batch of the wheels and axles to meet the requirements of the loading curve.According to the analysis of the functional requirements of the matching system,the overall functional framework of the train wheel set system is put forward.Based on the system goal,this paper completes the structure design of each function module of the system,the main function modules include: order information module,wheel and axle dimension parameter module,matching module,card with wheel or shaft unpaired module,and demonstrates the development scheme of each module.The dynamic activity diagram of the matching system is carried out by using UML unified modeling language tool.According to the management function of the system,this paper discusses the ways to realize the management function.According to the requirement of system data management,and this paper proposes the database structure and the corresponding product data object E-R model.SQL Server is used to design the database structure of the system and establish the corresponding database.Using Visual Basic 6.0 Active X Automation technology and SQL Server database technology,developed the train wheel set press-fitting system.The magnitude of interference is the main parameter for the selection and matching of the press-fitting system,and it is essential to improve the using value.For the new wheel products,magnitude of interference determines generally on the basis of experience and computer simulation.Based on the research of pressing process,the ANSYS simulation is used to estimate and analyze the field data,In this paper,the friction coefficient is obtained by means of the inverse method in the condition of a state of lubrication of certain pressure.The simulation results show that the fitting curve and the maximum loading force are obtained by the simulation of the average friction coefficient,and compares with thefield data and analysis.For the new wheel set,the initial process parameters should be determined.After the success of the test,the parameters will be applied to the development of the matching system.Matching system designed in this paper has the advantages of simple operation,combined with the simulation research of pressing parameters,technical personnel can complete the work quickly according to the functional requirements.Matching system greatly reduces the labor intensity of technical personnel,and improves the success rate of train wheel set pairing,and provides strong support for the construction of digital workshop of the enterprise. |
