RCC(roller compacted concrete) is a kind of concrete with dry and stiff consistency,which has the advantages of less dosage of cement,simple,convenient construction,low cost and so on.Being similar to the traditional mass concrete and the normal concrete,the problem of temperature crack also has a place in RCC(roller compacted concrete).The cracking of concrete is mainly caused by the uneven distribution of stress,and the change of the temperature field can directly cause the change of stress field,so going on the research on temperature field can provide a reference for both the design of temperature control and prevention of concrete cracking.As is known to all that because the construction methods and materials characteristics of RCC dam is very different from normal concrete,and thus the temperature field of normal concrete is also differ from RCC(roller compacted concrete).At present,the RCC(roller compacted concrete)has a tendency of the rapid development,so there is a great practical significance that carrying out the research on temperature field under different combination of working conditions.In the mean time,the author will analyze and explore the temperature field to stimulate the process of dam construction by using the simulation software in this thesis,and the simulation results will be further discussed.On the one hand,the finite element software ANSYS is used as a platform,and on the other hand,the APDL language is used to make programming for temperature field simulation of roller compacted concrete gravity dam during construction period in the thesis.On the whole,the change of temperature field of a reservoir named Da Shi jian is analyzed during construction process,especially its non-overflow dam.In the process of analysis,some main factors are taken consideration,such as the atmospheric temperature changes,the hydration heat of cement,and the temperature control measures and some other factors.At the same time,the author will recheck whether the temperature control measures in the process of construction design of RCC gravity dam meet the requirements and discuss the temperature control andanti-cracking measures of RCC gravity dam,the hydration heat of cement,and the temperature control measures and some other factors.hoping that these become a reference for temperature control design of the RCC gravity dam.
