With the development of the society,the improvement of living standards of farmers.the people's demand on living environment is getting higher and higher.Heating of the traditional rural energy utilization ratio is low,and that the fuel is not health,not clean.Indoor environment is very difficult to keep clean for a long time,in addition rural winter indoor temperature fluctuation is bigger,uneven and,indoor comfort level is low.In order to fundamentally improve the farmers' living environment,the most important thing is to change the traditional way of heating and using new clean energy.This paper provides a rural heating system,which straw briquette fuel and biomass energy saving furnace is applied to the farmers in winter.Terminal device adopts warm bed,radiator and water-water heat exchanger.Thus,a new heating model is designed in country.The system can at the same time,heating,cooking,bathing,a warm bed.It can be turned on and off at any time.Energy saving furnace burning biomass fuels.Biomass fuels composed of rural waste straw suppression.The use of waste straw can make the rural yard is more and more clean and tidy,In addition,the use of straw briquette fuel cannot only reduce the burning of fossil fuels such as coal but aslo protect environment.the combustion of biomass fuel cost is lower than the cost of coal.a system include energy saving environment and economy.In the Chifeng City area,selecting two houses,one house with traditional methods for heating,the other farmers by combustion of biomass fuel forming new heating mode in winter heating.To test by a temperature inspecting instrument supply and return water temperature.room temperature,heating bed temperature change and heat exchanger inlet and outlet temperature of boiler water circulation quantity,and using rotor flow meter test heat exchanger,biomass boiler.Through the analysis of data processing,draws the following conclusion:The thermal properties of the surface temperature distribution,temperature heating bed lifting unit time,temperature,the standard deviation of the quantity of heat is better than the traditional heated kang.The steady state of biomass forming fuel furnace heating ability is better than the traditional small heating stove.Using the new model of room temperature higher than the use of traditional heating room 5 degrees Celsius.New heat exchanger has high performance.The experiment based on the measured data,the use of Airpak simulation software to simulate.analyzing the establishment of the model,the division of the grid and the setting of FLUENT calculation parameter in the simulation process,and compared the results of simulation and the results of experiment test.Study showed that the simulation result was consistent with the actually measured value.The results verified the feasibility of using Airpak to simulate the indoor thermal environment.Comprehensive evaluation of economy and social benefit on the new system of heating,through economic comparison between old and new two ways of the following conclusions:The heating system of new include economy social and environmental benefits.
