With the development of times and society,the construction industry developed quickly in these centuries,and the building energy consumption was rising,bringing the energy danger.Based on that background,thermal insulation material of walls develop fast,decreasing the building energy consumption as a result.Now,the industry of thermal insulation material of walls is complicated,which includes many conducts.But associated standard specifications are not issued on some thermal insulation material of walls,and there are many security hidden dangers in the construction and quality.With the "65#" paper issued,part of traditional thermal insulation material of walls don’t satisfy the the needs of fire control and heat preservation.So the revolution of the thermal insulation material of walls is the inevitable tendency.As a new thermal insulation material of walls,VIP earns widespread respect because of better performance of performance.VIP has a great significance in the area of building insulation,so the paper has high construction value on the construction application of VIP.From the angle engineering application,the paper tests basic properties of VIPs,thermal conductivity and bonding strength of thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP,providing data for the application of VIP.And the paper researches the factors on the thermal conductivity and bonding strength of thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP.From the experiment,compressive strength of VIP comes up to 0.66MPa,satisfying the needs of compressive strength.The average punctured strength of high-barrier material of VIP comes up to 30N.which has a high punctured strength,and protects VIP in the engineering application.The impact strength of VIP is 147J,whose heat preservation performance loses efficacy when the impact strength is bigger than that.VIP has better alkali and heat resistance,and doesn’t damage after the test,keeping the vaccum state and only having little size change.With the increase of temperature,the dimension variance rate of VIP is increasing,and the dimension variance rate of the thickness comes up to 3.61%at 90℃.The paper tests the thermal conductivity of thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP by the guarded hot plate method.The test discoveres the thermal conductivity of VIP is 0.0114 W/(m·K),lower than other traditional thermal insulation material of walls and having better thermal insulation performance.The thermal conductivity of VIP damaged is 0.0487 W/(m·K),higher than VIP undamaged,verifying the vaccum state has a great importance on the thermal conductivity of VIP.Inorganic thermal insulation mortar has a big impact on the thermal conductivity of thin plaster system based on Vacuum Insulation Panel,whose thermal conductivity are 0.0628 W/(m·K)and 0.0556 W/(m·K).Increasing the area of inorganic thermal insulation mortar and adding anchor also have impact on the thermal conductivity of thin plaster system based on Vacuum Insulation Panel,whose thermal conductivity increase by 0.94%and 4.46%.Vacuum state impacts the thermal conductivity of Vacuum Insulation Panel largely,the thermal conductivity of thin plaster system based on Vacuum Insulation Panel is different among different structures,which is impacted by inorganic thermal insulation mortar and anchor.By simulation of differernt thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP,the paper tests the bonding strength from the angle engineering application and analysis the interface failure.The test discoveres VIP has small deformation when under 300N,which has better mechanical properties.The bonding strength VIP of 100mm*100mm is 0.052MPa,not reflecting the real bonding strength.The grid cloth has an explicit impact on the bonding strength of thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP,and the bonding strength developed 157.5%compared with the thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP not using the grid cloth.Vacuum state impacts the bonding strength of thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP largely,the bonding strength of thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP which is damaged is 0.031 MPa,decreasing 69.9%compared to the normal state.The bonding strength of different position of thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP is different,and the bonding strength at T slot is largest,next at central position of panel,and least at linear slot.The design value of wind load of thin plaster exterior wall insulation system based on VIP is 5.77kPa under the least favorable conditions by theoretical calculation and analysis,which is far lower than the bond strength measurement.
