Research On The Integrated Design Of Ground And Structure Of Ningxia High-rise Residential Buildings

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the number of urban population and social resources are over concentrated,which leads to the tension of residential land in urban areas.Housing industry and residential construction have increasingly become the focus of social concern.However,in the process of housing construction and use,the large amount of waste and waste of land and resources is very serious.In order to alleviate these circumstances,in the process of urbanization in China,the development of high-rise residential has become an inevitable trend.However,because of its complex stress situation,the design task of high-rise residential building structure becomes extremely heavy.Moreover,the design personnel in order to improve the design efficiency,usually rapid economic conservative structure designed according to routine experience,make a "thick" and "strengthening" of land and other resources occupation and unnecessary waste.Therefore,in the future housing construction,a comprehensive and in-depth study of the high-rise residential building section design method,can alleviate the declining farmland and city land shortage situation,so as to reduce the pressure on the environment,it has great practical significance to the realization of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.This paper describes the development status of the integration of design and structure design of the domestic and foreign high-rise residential construction section,and the use of graphic analysis,data comparison and theory with practice and other methods,design three aspects of Ningxia high-rise residential building section design method is studied from the residential area planning,architectural design and building structure.Finally,in Yinchuan,a high-rise frame shear wall residential building as an example,to verify the research results through the project example,and the festival performance score for the reference of residential green building evaluation standard,to achieve green building star level.The research of this subject,not only focus on single building but somites into the planning and design of residential area,the single design and structure design of multi stages,finally explore for Ningxia high-rise residential section design method,not only contribute to the future in the promotion of Northwest China with economic application integration technology the high-rise residential construction section and structure,but also can promote the progress of the construction of green residential construction work in the Northwest region.
