In recent ten years,landform architecture has been paid more and more attention both in theory and practice.It has become one of the trends of architectural form development.On the other hand,it has deep historical origins.Therefore,the research and analysis of landform architecture's "respiration chamber" is of great significance and it is also a learning process for the author.This paper begins with the background of the society and discusses the significance of the meaning of the research and the definition of its related concepts.Collecting and reviewing domestic and foreign research paper,the author then determines the content and the framework of the research.The second chapter starts with the multiple concepts of landform architecture,exploring and contrasting the concept of landform architecture in different contexts and perspectives.Then the paper summarizes and reorganizes the previous research.The third chapter of this article traces the origins of the historical development of the landform architecture,discussing the art enlightenment,the historical origin and the predecessor of the contemporary landform architecture to clarify the historical development of landform architecture.The fourth chapter begins with the analysis of the morphology of landform architecture.Based on the analysis of its advantages and disadvantages,and according to the characteristics of its vertical and spatial closure,the paper put forward the strategy of "Respiration Chamber",creating vertical surfaces and architecture pores.In the fifth chapter,the paper focus on the "Respiration Chamber" of the contemporary landform architecture,summarizing its abstract form on the basis of case analysis.In the sixth chapter,the author takes the practice project analysis as an example to the former theory to the practice.The seventh chapter reviews the whole paper and summarizes and prospects the future study.
