Research On The Practice Of Contemporary Architecture In Aranya From The Perspective Of Group

Aranya is known as the “Phenomenal existence in the real estate industry”,its success is inseparable from the creation of a series of landmark buildings,from the perspective of architecture.Therefore,Taking the landmark buildings of Aranya as the research basis,the operation mechanism behind Aranya is deeply analyzed from the perspective of group at the macro level,in order to provide reference for the transformation and development of the cultural tourism real estate.At the micro level,in-depth study of the architectural practice which designed by well-known architects in the same environment presents the commonness and difference,and deeply explore the connotation of architectural practice in the field of contemporary architecture.Architectural research should not be limited to two dimensions: design and construction.The article extends the research into four dimensions of“plan-design-build-evaluate”,and comprehensively studies the practice of contemporary architecture in Aranya in complete life cycle.The details are as follows,(1)Architectural planning stage: studying the organizational model of Aranya from the perspective of group,it maximizes star architect effect and media effect by the ways of “centralization” and “collection of voice”,and realizes its the exploration of commercial value,academic value,social value;(2)Architectural designing stage:based on the relationship between architecture and environment,the article analyses the contemporary architectural practice of Aranya,and study the design ideas that architects present in the same natural environment from the perspective of site design,scene construction and light and shadow shaping,and summarize the design strategy of architecture and environment;(3)Building construction stage: focusing on analyzing the detailed language of the eight buildings which have been built,the paper is classified according to structural details,functional details,and morphological details,highlighting the originality,practicality and aesthetics embodied in architectural details;(4)Post-use evaluation stage: The article objectively shows the user’s overall evaluation of Aranya’s architectural practice,through comprehensive satisfaction evaluation of the Aranya building practices.At the same time,the impact factors in the evaluation are divided into statistics,and the questions that appear in the questionnaire are summarized and feedbacked,in order to optimize the later use of the building and provide reference for subsequent architectural practice.Through the study of the entire life cycle of Aranya’s architectural practice,the inspiration to contemporary architecture is summarized from a forward-looking perspective.
