Hangzhou Cineplex Development And Planning Research

As one of the public buildings,the cinema has a history of only about one hundred years.But its development is very rapid,much higher than other types of buildings.Along with the development of the cinema,affected by itself as well as a variety of other factors,such as social status,science and technology and human factors;different theater buildings have been built in different period..After years of development,theater with single function or flawed service facilities are eliminated and replaced with theaters with multiple and diversed space,which we call cineplex.Cineplex meets people's requirements for film screenings and the variety of the content,which traditional single cinemas cannot realize;it is necessary to pay more attention to multi hall design of multiplex cinema such as theater streamline,seat area,office process design;this paper aims at these problems,from the perspective of architecture,propose the necessity of multiplex development and planning and design;based on the research of examples of multiplex cinema in Hangzhou,referring to theory research results at home and abroad for the multiplex,adding the experience of multi cinema design,further confirmed the necessity of planning and design of multiplex cinema and provide reference for the construction of multi cinema theaters,which is the main purpose of this thesis.
