The Research On Collective Housing Adapt To Family Growth Cycle

Under the social background that Chinese aging of population becomes severe increasingly,the two-child policy opens overall,the new-type family structures of "4+2+1" or "4+2+2" etc,come into being and gradually become the social main stream,as well as the Chinese cultural tradition emphasizes kinship and filial duty,strengthens the core of big family,therefore collective housing demand has a gradual increase.Collective housing can strengthen the communication and combination of inter-generation and emotional relationship in a better way,and effectively solve social problems of "home-based care for the aged,cross-region provision for the aged,nurturing children,high house price" etc,but at the same time,require reconciling the relation of integration and privacy,guarantee the personal or individual-generation private demand so as to achieve "available supporting the aged and the youth".This paper takes collective housing pattern as research target,analyzes and knows living demand of collective housing family in two principle core phases through the analysis of periodical cycle of family structure,construct dynamic-adaptability house mode with a close relation with three types of cross-generation of "inseparable living,separable or integrated living,temporarily separable or integrated living",proposes sustainable dwelling design strategy of"adaptability" and "variability" which conforms to three generation demand characteristics."people first,individuality-concerned treatment",enables the collective housing design to adapt physical and mental characteristics of different people in family,which not only can meet the short-term static dwelling demand in current stage of family,but can adapt long-term dynamic dwelling demand of family in the future.This paper makes emphasis from the structure and kinetonema,integration and privacy,private use and together use and all major functional space etc of collective housing pattern in the framework of "adaptability" design strategy,proposes a specific principle and requirement of adaptability design,conducts a discussion of adaptability design application of collective housing pattern with an instance of Hangzhou region finally.
